Home automation:
Adjust your heating, control your lights, open garage doors, unlock your gates, and turn on your sprinkler system…all with just a simple phone call. You can also have lights turn on in the event of intrusion, burglary or fire alarm.
Temp sensors:
Detects furnace or refrigeration failure before damage can occur.
Remote access:
Provides worldwide telephone access. You can instantly know if your system is armed or if there have been any alarms. You can also control your system by phone.
Paging:
The system can be programmed to page you when your system is armed or disarmed. This is a great way to know when your children arrive home from school or your housekeeper has come and gone.
Intercom:
Expandable to seven listen/talk stations. Each station allows you to talk room to room, send a general page, monitor an individual room and answer the telephone. (Available only for DSC security systems.)
Wireless remote key-FOB:
The size of a key chain remote, wireless four button keys have the ability to turn your system on or off, control your lights, and alert the monitoring station in a duress situation.
Flood detection:
Helps to detect rising water levels before damage can occur.
Medical pendant sensors:
Especially valuable for people with health problems, pendant sensors are small enough to wear around the neck or hook onto a belt—always within easy reach if a personal emergency occurs.
Carbon monoxide detectors:
Alerts you before this deadly gas reaches dangerous levels.
Door and window monitor:
Also called the chime feature, the alarm keypad will alert you when a door or window has been opened. This feature can stay active whether your alarm is armed or disarmed.
Uplink cellular back-up:
Gives you an alternate means of communication should your phone lines be cut or fail.
